The Best D&D for Halloween!
Not only do I have a new spooky D&D adventure out, but there are some amazing Halloween titles out there you need to see, too!
First up: I have a new Halloween adventure!
First of all, let me get the shameless announcement out of the way: I just dropped a new Pay-What-You-Want ($0, or free) one-shot on DMs Guild for Halloween called The Liching Hour.
(And every sale over $0.25 —a quarter!—counts toward the best-seller medals they give, cough cough wink wink)
In this one, the party tries to stop Fizzbang Frazzlepop, everyone’s favorite goblin necromancer, from summoning Vecna on Liar's Night. It's aimed at a party of level 5-8.
Included are
1 Amazing Liar's Night/Halloween one-shot set in Phandalin from The Lost Mine of Phandelver campaign!
7 Original Monsters & NPCs
3 Unique Artifacts
5 Wondrous & Magic Items
2 Detailed, VTT-friendly maps
16 custom VTT tokens
Even More Halloween Stuff!
I also put together a list over at Geek to Geek of some of the best Halloween titles you can get for 5th edition D&D. Honestly, the best ones are the A Night of Fright titles, a series of Scooby-Doo parodies. They’re just so well done.
Also, One Night Strahd is fantastic if you want to head into Barovia for some vampy goodness, but don’t want to invest months to years.
I have a dozen more in the round-up Geek to Geek, so check it out:
That’s it for today!
I appreciate you being here, being awesome, and being a friend.
What’s your favorite thing D&D to run on Halloween?
