Widow's Veil

You are blinded by grief. No one understands. You’ll make them understand.

Roll a DR8 Presence test and wail. The veil flies from your face and engulfs an enemy’s head. They are blinded and stricken with grief. They cannot move or act for d4 turns.

After D4 turns, the veil returns to you, and you can’t activate it again for D4 hours.
